We are one of the few venues in Boise, Idaho that allow personalized event planning while providing a blank slate for your chosen vendors. We have a flexible, open-vendor policy regarding catering and alcohol.

Included amenities are 25 - 5’ round tables, 2 cocktail tables, 250 gold Chiavari chairs, 240 white folding chairs, 15 - 8’ banquet tables, 4- 6’ banquet tables, and 2 - 4’ tables. 

Potomac Manor does not supply linens or event staffing.

Current standing occupancy is 367 with a seating capacity of 250 people, though we recommend not to exceed this amount for spaciousness and accessibility.

The entire rental space must be cleaned prior to vacating the building, and within the allotted rental time. Cleaning entails: removing all personal property, taking the trash out, sweeping, spot mopping/spill clean-up, and spot cleaning of restrooms. A checklist is provided.
